Our Association Board meets quarterly through the year, made up of representatives of each Evergreen congregation. Currently, we meet at Seattle First Baptist Church, but for those outside of Washington, an invitation via Zoom is sent out for congregations to participate.

Our meetings are scheduled for 2019 as follows:
Saturday, March 8th, 9 a.m.
Saturday, May 11th, 9 a.m.
Saturday, August 10th, 9 a.m.
